These are a handful of web portals you'll be accessing throughout your admissions process with us. Here's a breakdown of each one:
Claim your account: www.lesley.edu/claim
This is the first step in your process to access your accounts here at Lesley. You will receive a claim email with your Authorization Code that you will use on this website. You will set up your password recovery methods and create your password for your Lesley accounts here. Once you have claimed your account, you will receive an email with your Lesley username.
Admissions Portal: personalized link; check emails from your Admissions Counselor!
If you have trouble logging in here, you will need to connect with your Admissions Counselor directly. This is where:
- Your application and additional application materials are stored
- You will find your microsite
- Your scholarship letters are stored
Self Service Portal : www.lesley.edu/selfservice
You will likely need to copy and paste this link for it to launch in your browser. It will be your main portal as a student at Lesley. You will use the Lesley email and password you created to log in. With this site, you can:
- Register for classes
- Review your financial aid package, and provide any missing documents for financial aid
- Sign your Financial Responsibility Agreement (you must sign this to register for classes!)
- Access your bill
Reset your password: www.password.lesley.edu
This is where you will go to reset your password when it isn’t working or has been forgotten, or to change it when it’s about to expire. Sign in and click My Passwords to change your password. If your password isn’t working, you can click Forgot Password to reset it. Remember, you will need to change your password every 180 days!
Support Hub: support.lesley.edu
This is where you can submit a ticket if you need help. You’ll also find a useful collection of knowledge base articles with answers to all your questions about Lesley. AKA: Lesley Google!
You don’t need to log in to look at articles or to submit a ticket. You can also submit a ticket by simply emailing help@lesley.edu.
Remember, whenever you reach out to the Hub, include your full name and ID; they’ll be able to assist you more quickly!
