Technical Support
For technical assistance, you can search our support hub for solutions to many common problems. If you need further technical support, have questions, or need to request a service, please email it@lesley.edu to submit a ticket. Tickets are the way we receive and prioritize our work.
Acceptable Use Policy
Lesley University’s Acceptable Use Policy applies to any user of the university's digital environment, whether initiated from a computer located on or off-campus. This Policy applies equally to current and former faculty, students, staff, alumni/ae, contractors, and invited guests who utilize the Lesley digital environment. Please review the Acceptable Use Policy.
Password Management
Lesley University’s Password Management site allows you to manage your account password 24/7 without the need to contact Technology Support Services for assistance. To take advantage of this service, you must first ensure that a recovery email address or mobile phone number are included in your profile. You will do this when you claim your account.
Multi-Factor Authentication
To ensure the integrity of your account by requiring a passcode that is either texted to a mobile device or provided to you via the Microsoft Authenticator app. You will need to set up multi-factor authentication to log into your account.
Single Sign-On
After you have entered your password recovery and multi-factor authentication information, you can access any Lesley University connected service which uses Single Sign-On. This includes, but is not limited to email, myLesley, Self-Service, Zoom, and full text Library resources.
Standard Computer/Technology Package
All Lesley Employees who are designated as staff, administrator or core-faculty received the standard technology package. This includes a Windows Laptop, docking station, monitor w/built-in webcam, headset w/microphone, keyboard, and mouse. We have certified that all Lesley University centralized systems are fully compatible with Windows computers. If you need a Mac computer, you may submit the Non-Standard Justification Form. Please note that not all Lesley University services are supported by Apple Computers. Standard technology packages can be either mailed to employee’s home address, send via inter-office mail to a campus office, or picked up from the Help Desk in the Sherrill Library (89 Brattle St, Cambridge, MA 02138.)
Colleague Access Request
Faculty and staff (including temporary and student employees) may request access to the Colleague database. Accounts will not be created until a completed account request form, including all required signatures, is received by Enterprise Applications and Services. There are a minimum of 3 signatures needed on a Colleague Database Account Request Form:
- The employee for whom the account is being requested.
- The department head or dean to whom the person reports.
- The approving person from either the Office of the University Registrar or Finance, depending on the access requested.
To request a new Colleague account or to request updated access, please complete the Colleague Request Form.
Informer Access Request
Informer delivers business intelligence and data analysis reporting. Please use the Informer Request Form to gain access.

Mobile Apps
Mobile apps for a variety of Lesley University applications and services are available. For the best and most comprehensive email experience, we recommend installing the Microsoft Outlook app to send and receive email from your mobile device. Please review our full list of mobile applications at your disposal.
Getting Started with Classroom Technology
Lesley University classrooms and large event spaces are equipped with computers and audio-technology. You can browse the Support Hub to familiarize yourself with the classroom technology that is available to you for instruction, events, and meetings.
Library Services
Sherrill and Moriarty Libraries are here to support, enhance and enrich the student, faculty, and staff experience at Lesley. Librarians are on hand to help with finding articles, books (both print and electronic), help with our streaming subscriptions services, art databases, image and art print collections. Printing on Campus
Lesley University uses a virtual printer system called Papercut to allow users to release print requests at any Toshiba copier on campus. The virtual printer can be added to any Lesley issued computer by following the Mac self-install instructions or PC self-install instructions. For those using a personal device, PDFs and image files may be uploaded to web print and then released at any Toshiba Copier. Toshiba copiers on campus are accessed by tapping your Lesley card or using your Lesley single sign-on. Lesley University’s print service is secure, confidential, centralized print service making. Personal office printers are not available for request per University Policy.
Wi-Fi @ Lesley - EDUROAM
EDUROAM is Lesley's primary wireless network for students, faculty, and staff to use on campus and beyond. For step-by- step instructions on connecting your computer or mobile device to Eduroam, please visit our support site.
